We spend time with the home owner doing a detailed room by room inspection outlining the best way to present the home to a buyer. About Mathilde Lewis and Daniel Lewis

There are many qualities and skills that go into being a real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
Born in Europe my family immigrated in 1983 to SA and 1 year later moved to the Gold Coast where I have now lived now for 27 yrs.

My hobbies include buying, selling and renovating properties. I also enjoy swimming gardening and anything creative.
I am married to Daniel Lewis who is a wonderful father, great cook and a top seller in our business. We have 3 children and live in Beechmont in the Gold Coast Hinterland. My husband and I started our business “Summit Property Group” November 2010. Having a passion for real estate it had been something we had both wanted to do for a long time and what a great decision it has been.

My background is mainly in customer service & sales with a real talent in communicating with people, I spent 16 years within the family business.

Daniel was born in WA and has a background in mechanics and the mining industry. He was the director of the family business for 25 years and has experience in all facets of business from his trade to general business management, accounting and sales.

Daniels hobbies include fishing, cooking, spending time with the family, classic car and motor cycle restorations.
I am conscientious, hard working and have found that “putting clients first” means providing an honest service. In our business we keep ourselves accessible, strive to be good listeners as well as a good communicators, and responding quickly to our clients need is the key to happy clients and a successful business.
The ‘client first’ philosophy has always been our approach and is the primary reason for our success in getting the job done for our happy customers.
